Snapmuse.io will manage and hold challenges that your CreatorPass holder community can learn about and participate in on Discord. If the collection sales remain below a certain threshold, we give the collectors an opportunity for a refund. To make this possible, the funds from the initial sale are held in escrow until the end of the drop period. Once the drop period ends the funds will be transferred to your account.

An exclusive channel is a private chat room on Discord that can only be accessed by specific users, for our case these will be those who have been granted special permission by purchasing a CreatorPass.

Your exclusive channel will be created and managed by Snapmuse.io on our Discord server, and you can join it by logging in to Discord.

We also suggest that before publishing your CreatorPass collection on Snapmuse.io, you take time to customise what you will be offering to your fans and followers. During this time, we recommend you set realistic and deliverable benefits that will also be appealing to your fans. 

Yes, as a creator, you have full control over the price as well as the amount of your CreatorPasses.  We recommend that you carefully consider the purchasing power as well as the value you are providing to your community to then price your CreatorPasses accordingly. It’s important to find a balance between exclusivity & affordability for your followers, and ensuring that you are compensated fairly for your time.

This is up to you! Our experience shows that creators can get between 3-12 months of their ad revenue from YouTube at the primary sale of your CreatorPass sale.

You will be finding your collection’s total sale price by adding a percentage for the reward pool on top of your expected revenue as well as the platform running fees.

From there you can determine how many CreatorPasses you want to sell and for how much.

To sell your CreatorPass collection on Snapmuse.io, you only need to generate anticipation and excitement in your community by promoting your collection and all the exclusive perks and benefits it offers!

 Once your collection is live, your fans and followers can sign in to our platform and purchase their CreatorPasses with just one click. 

Our team will handle the logistics of the sale and support your fans with any questions they may have during the sign-in and purchase processes. You can focus on engaging with your community and creating value for your CreatorPass holders, while we take care of the rest.

The whitelist is a way to reward your early supporters. If fans meet certain conditions before the CreatorPass collection is released, they will be pre-approved to purchase a CreatorPass hours before anyone else. This gives them the opportunity to access the exclusive benefits that come with your collection. They also increase their chances to buy your CreatorPasses before the collection sells out.

The public sale  is the moment when your collection opens to all your fans and followers. It’s the moment when anyone can purchase, not just the whitelisted. .

A drop is considered successful if the sales reach a certain threshold. This threshold is determined by you and the Snapmuse.io team together. 

If a drop does not meet the threshold by the end of the sale period; the collected amount will be refunded in full to each collector by Snapmuse.io. In that case the collection does not launch and all perk and benefit promises are considered void.

Yes, you can. Once  you complete a successful CreatorPass drop and complete the activity period, you can create another collection right away. 

The total amount of funds raised in a Creator Pass drop will be distributed among the Creator and their fans. Creators will receive their share right after the successful completion of the drop.

The payments to the creators will be made in USDC, a stable coin pegged to USD in value.

Through the CreatorPass community tokens fans gain a three month access to creators’ exclusive channels where they enjoy rewards and benefits. These specific rewards offered by the creator are unique to the specific CreatorPasses  and can vary across for each creator. On top of all these, the most engaged CreatorPass holders will also be able to claim SMX tokens at a discounted price based on their engagement.

As a CreatorPass holder, you are entitled to;

• have exclusive access to the creator in an exclusive Discord channel,
• receive reward tokens based on creator’s channels/social media accounts advertisement revenue performance,

You will be part of an exclusive group with the creator him/herself. You will be able send direct public messages to the creator within the exclusive group and interact with the creator when he is online. 

Validity of a CreatorPass may vary with each collection. This period is defined by the creator and may vary from 3 to 24 months in length. Following the end of this period, fans will no longer have access to the exclusive Discord channel nor will they get rewards based on engagement. However other benefits  may continue depending on the collection. For example if the creator promised to invite 5 of their CreatorPass holders to their next concert, it is expected that the creator honors that promise regardless of the validity of their CreatorPass collection.  The ownership of the CreatorPass as a collectible will stay with you forever. You may sell your CreatorPass or keep it as memorabilia.

You can sell your CreatorPass to someone else by putting it on offer in Snapmuse.io’s secondary market, which will be launched in 2024. Stay tuned with updates on project developments on our Twitter and Discord.

Alternatively, you can put your CreatorPass on sale in other NFT marketplaces such as Opensea and Rarible. To do this you’ll need to connect your Torus wallet, where you hold  your CreatorPass, with WalletConnect. Please note that the person purchasing your CreatorPass will then need to transfer it to their Torus wallet to access the perks until we enable MetaMask logins to Snapmuse.io.

Yes, you can sell your CreatorPass on different marketplaces such as Opensea and Rarible, or any other marketplace that is compatible with Polygon Network. 

To do this you’ll need to connect your Torus wallet, where you hold  your CreatorPass, with WalletConnect. For more information on how to do that please click the “W” icon on the bottom left, click “open wallet” and check the instructions on the upper right section. Please note that the person purchasing your CreatorPass will then need to transfer it to their Torus wallet to access the perks until we enable MetaMask logins to Snapmuse.io. 

Distribution of token rewards based on engagementl is guaranteed by Snapmuse.io throughout the validity of the CreatorPass. The creators are responsible for the delivery of  any other rewards including their Discord participation. Therefore, in case of a non-delivery from the creator, CreatorPass owners  will still get to receive token rewards based on their engagement.

If the minimum sale threshold is met during a CreatorPass drop, then the drop is deemed successful and you are set as the owner of the CreatorPass. Your MintPass converts automatically into your CreatorPass, the rewards based on engagement as well as other benefits start and you can not return or get a refund for your CreatorPass. 

However, if the minimum sale threshold is not met, then the Drop is cancelled and you will be refunded for your CreatorPass purchase. Alternatively, after a successful CreatorPass drop, you can sell your CreatorPass to willing buyers in Snapmuse.io’s secondary marketplace or other marketplaces such as Opensea and Rarible.

  • Go through the whitelist actions (if there are any). Whitelisted accounts will be able to buy before anyone else. This allows you to buy CreatorPasses before they run out. 
  • Visit the Drop page at Snapmuse.io on the drop date. Note that there are two sale periods.
    If you are whitelisted you’ll be able to buy during the whitelist sale.
    If you are not whitelisted you can buy during the public sale.
  •  On the right side of the drop page decide the number of CreatorPasses you’d like to purchase based on the benefits you want to get.

The whitelist is a mechanism to reward the earliest supporters. If you meet the whitelist conditions before the drop, you will be pre-approve you to buy a CreatorPass before anyone else and be the first to access the world of benefit. 

After you sign in to Snapmuse.io, visit the drop page of your favorite creator to learn the specific actions required to be whitelisted for each CreatorPass drop.

If you are whitelisted you will be able to buy a CreatorPass hours before the public sale goes live. Once you are whitelisted you do not need to go through any additional actions. However a whitelist does not necessarily guarantee a CreatorPass. You still should go on the drop page once the whitelist sale period opens and make sure to buy your CreatorPass because it is possible for other whitelisted users to buy all the creator passes.
Whitelisted Collectors may also become entitled to certain additional gifts and discounts depending on the collection. Please see the drop page of the collection for such details.

Unused whitelist privileges will end once the public sale starts. 

When you buy a CreatorPass, you will first see a “MintPass” on your account. Once the drop is closed successfully, these MintPasses will be automatically converted to CreatorPasses. So you won’t have to do anything.

The reason why you get a MintPass first is because it allows us to refund you in case the drop sales remain below the set threshold. 

Once you complete your purchase you should join your favorite creator’s Discord channel here.

You won’t have to do anything. If a CreatorPass launch or drop is cancelled for whatever reason, your purchase will be refunded to your credit/debit card, after deduction of transaction fees. 

You need only one wallet to do your CreatorPass purchase- Torus Wallet. Torus is a self-custody wallet automatically deployed on Snapmuse.io. You have the ownership and control of this wallet address

When you login to Snapmuse.io the Torus wallet is assigned. You can see your address on the top right corner of the website under your user name. You can see the details of your wallet from the “W” on the bottom left. 

The Torus wallet is a 3rd party blockchain wallet solution that Snapmuse.io utilises to provide seamless user experience to fans. Thanks to Torus wallet, you as a Collector won’t have to go through additional efforts to set up a wallet. After you sign in to Snapmuse.io and you purchase the CreatorPass, your CreatorPass will be deposited to your Torus Wallet address automatically. 

Following the sale, your token rewards  as well as other rewards will be available in your Torus wallet once you claim them. You can export your claimed assets from Torus anytime you like or import your torus wallet to MetaMask or your wallet of choice. 

Torus Key Infrastructure(TKI) leverages on variations of threshold key management to achieve a great user experience without sacrificing security, while retaining end-user autonomy and control over the private key. Using TKI, the user is always in control of ownership and access to their cryptographic key pair. Login services only ever have access to one share, and thus it’s not possible for the provider to retrieve the user’s private key on their own. Yes, you can purchase more than one CreatorPass in a given collection, or you can buy one or more CreatorPasses from multiple collections and enjoy the rewards! 

Discord is a communication platform that allows users to create and join communities, chat with other users, and voice and video call with them.

Discord is made up of different servers and channels. A Discord channel is a chat room within a server that allows users to communicate with each other on a specific topic or theme. A Discord server, on the other hand, is a collection of channels, users, and settings that make up a community or group.

In other words, a server is a larger entity that contains multiple channels, whereas a channel is a smaller entity that exists within a server. Altogether they make up the Discord platform.

An exclusive channel on Discord is a private chat room that can only be accessed by specific users, typically those who have been granted special permissions or have paid for exclusive access.

Your creator’s exclusive channel is where you get access to your favorite creator and all their community updates. As each creator offers different benefits to their fans, what you get when you join an exclusive channel on Discord will vary. It could include access to exclusive content, early access to new features, or the ability to communicate directly with a specific person or group.

An exclusive channel on Discord is a private chat room that can only be accessed by specific users. CreatorPasses you collect on Snapmuse.io grant you exclusive access to your favourite creator’s community channel.

To join this channel, you simply need to join the Snapmuse.io server by clicking the invitation link here, or through the “Join Discord” button on your CreatorPasses. Once you have the invitation, simply click on the link or accept the invite to join our server. You will then follow the instructions shown on Discord to gain access to your the exclusive channel 

The language of the chat on Discord is typically whatever language the community using it prefers. The exclusive community channels are in the language the creators use on their social media. The Snapmuse.io channels are in English and we offer a General Spanish channel. 

Your favourite creator uses Snapmuse.io to forge a deeper connection with their closest circle of fans,  friends and followers. That means that they provide CreatorPass owners access to them through their exclusive Discord channel. While the frequency at which they’ll show up on Discord is up to the creators, we think it should be representative of the unique bond each creator has with their fans. 

Yes, you need to be on Discord to participate in the community events and to interact with your favorite creator. So don’t be shy, come join us! We have cookies :)

Additionally, follow Snapmuse.io’s Discord, Twitter and Instagram channels for broader updates and general event announcements. 

Though limited, there are cases where we might need to suspend or revoke the user’s right to access to our Discord server, as well as other perks and benefits that the CreatorPass may entitle them. This is to assure the healthy functioning of the community and to make sure the channels offer a safe space for everyone. 

Overall we expect our users to refrain from behavior that will affect the healthy functioning of our communities. This includes avoiding to use overly explicit language, sharing adult content, bullying or harassment of other fans or the creator, sharing malicious links… Of course,  it is not possible to foresee all scenarios, but we will use general common sense when faced with such decisions. 

You will be presented with the guidelines of our Discord server open joining and will be asked to agree on complying with them throughout your Snapmuse.io journey. We expect courtesy and kindness from all members to make this space accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Snapmuse.io creates a way for creators to connect with their closest fans and followers. The various perks and benefits included in the CreatorPasses are often handpicked by the creator themselves which means that they can vary across different collections. These can include event accesses, digital arts, gifts, collectibles, discounts or more.

You can read the perks and benefits that a certain CreatorPass entails on the drop page of the creator. After you’ve purchased a CreatorPass you can always check your unique perks and benefits through your personal dashboard.

Rewards are a way for creators to show gratitude to their most engaged and devoted fans and collectors. Currently, fans and collectors receive rewards in proportion to their engagement with the creator’s content through our regular competitions. 

All CreatorPass holders will be able to join these competitions, however the amounts won will be proportionate the ranking of the holder. 

These competitions, as well as the processes of determining the winners and distributing the rewards will be thoroughly transparent and will be communicated through our community channels.

You may get e-mail notifications in your inbox about the rewards you are entitled to receive. Even in the case that you are not able to receivee these notifications, you will still be able to claim your rewards using the “Claim” button on your dashboard.

Highly speculative investment risk: CreatorPass purchases are blockchain based, meaning Collectors will receive a portion of their rewards in SMX tokens (crypto-assets). Such assets are highly speculative and present the risk of total loss of value.  

Volatility risk: Crypto-assets are subject to large pricze fluctuations in both directions. The amplitude of such fluctuations is difficult to predict. 

Liquidity risk: At any moment in time, there is the risk that a token-holder cannot sell or buy certain crypto-assets due to a limitation in liquidity. Indeed, some assets may not be available during a shorter or longer period. Similarly, there is no guarantee that a market for a crypto-asset be maintained at all times. It is even possible that certain crypto assets can no longer be sold or can only be sold at a significant discount. 

Risks related to the private keys and cyber security: Theft, loss or hacking of private keys means the permanent loss of crypto-assets. Therefore, the CreatorPass collector is well advised to keep their private keys in a safe location. 

Regulatory risks: Any future regulation, whether Swiss or foreign, in the crypto-asset market can lead to a limitation of the possibility to hold and/or exchange crypto-assets which can have a significant impact on the prize and liquidity of crypto-assets. The extent and type of the future changes in the regulatory environment as well as the impact of additional regulations are unknown and difficult to predict.
